Ask residents to share their experiences around community issues

Analyze the results and see what issues the community finds challenging to discuss

Research and create a guidebook around communication best practices and share a list of conversations topics based on our survey results

Write, edit, design, print, and begin distributing the guidebook to interested families

Sign up 200 local families / small groups to participate in dinner conversations facilitated by the guidebook on a topic from our survey results

Families commit to at least one dinner per quarter based on a topic of their choice and can request a meal kit based on financial need

TAC teens will be assigned ~10 families; they will check in, provide tips and feedback, and document outcomes based on the dinners

Teens and community members will reflect and continue to hone their skills through inclusive community-wide dinners on guidebook topics

Documents the efficacy of the project and share our experience with other interested counties
